Do you accept my insurance? We participate with most insurance companies, to see a list of the most common insusrances we accept, click on the link Insurance. If you do not see your insurance company listed, please call our office and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you. However, in order to make sure you receive full benefits we reccomend you call your insurance company and to check if we are a preferred provider.
I received a bill from LabCorp/Quest what do I do? If you receive a bill from the lab, please call the toll free number on the bill to speak to their customer service representatives. They should be able to tell you why your insurance denied payment and help you to resolve the issue. If your insurance requires additional information from us, please call our office and we will be happy to submit the necessary information to help resolve this matter.
Will you bill my insurance company? Yes, we will submit a claim on your behalffor services rendered. You will be responsible, at the time of service, to pay any co-payment amount before you are seen.
What form of payment do you accept? We accept personal checks, cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and all debit cards with any of those logos.
I paid my co-payment, why I am getting bill from your office? Please call your insurance company first. Most times it is part of your deductible or the service is not covered at 100% therefore leaving you a balance.
Are routine preventive physicals covered by my insurance? Depending on your specific insurance plan, they may or may not cover routine preventive physicals. In order to be sure you have coverage please call your insurance and find out what is covered under your plan and the frequency it is covered.
We strongly suggest that you review your insurance policy to determine coverage and protocols set by your insurance company.
